Learn More About Me:

I was born in Austin and raised in the historic district of Round Rock, Texas. Growing up as one of four children, I earned the nickname "Big Ben" due to my punctuality and knack for organization. My family's commitment to volunteering at a free clinic led us to create wholesome meals from our garden, fostering a love for homesteading.

I inherited a passion for the outdoors from my mother and developed a strong drive for DIY projects from my contractor father. I thrive on sharing new experiences with loved ones and relish engaging in deep, meaningful conversations to foster genuine connections.

  • My journey has cultivated within me a profound sense of empathy, honed my problem-solving abilities and sharpened my communication skills. With my innate adaptability, keen attention to detail and unwavering commitment to user well-being, I'm dedicated to crafting user-centered experiences that make a positive impact. My multidisciplinary approach and unrelenting passion for continuous improvement drive me to excel in the dynamic realm of UX design.

  • I live in the heart of Austin, Texas and my weekends are packed with street festivals, lake adventures, and exploring local farmer's markets. I'm an active member of several local co-ops, relish the city's hike and bike trails, and enjoy hosting outdoor movie nights with friends, complete with s'mores by the fire pit in my backyard

  • I'm a spunky individual with a passion for a diverse range of interests, much like the facets of user experience (UX) design. I'm committed to honing my skills in various areas, including flying, gardening, homesteading, travel, live music, and crafting homemade meals. Just as in UX design, I believe in creating engaging experiences for both myself and others. I'm known for my involvement in slam poetry performances and my contributions to children's literature at the local library, reflecting my dedication to storytelling and user-centric design. My DIY projects are like UX prototypes, constantly evolving and refining to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of my living spaces.

  • I have a 14 year old geriatric floof named Peanut. His favorite past time is meeting up with our local shih tzu chapter and riding in his basket on my bike to the dog park. He enjoys going through the drive through at our local burger stand for a dog treat, cuddles with friends, farmers market finds, long walks and back pack rides while we go on a 7 mile hike. He has lived so many seasons of life with me and enjoy every day we have together!
